Even in the People’s Republic of California, Self-defense works

If you break into homes, you will eventually find an armed homeowner. Homeowner shoots, kills attempted burglary suspect in Ontario, police say | abc7.com

When you break into an occupied home, it is usually termed “home invasion.” But the media doesn’t like that term when it is coupled with self-defense, because it makes self-defense sound reasonable.

Ontario police said the suspect attempted to break into the home and was immediately confronted by the homeowner in the entryway.

During a short struggle, the homeowner shot the suspect once, according to police.

The would-be home-invader died at the scene. The homeowner was not arrested because even in California, self-defense is legal.

Good Guys 1, Bad Guys 0. Self-defense is a human-right.
