Kentucky Homeowner Gets Self-defense Hat-trick

Good Guys 3, Bad Guys 0. State police: Homeowner fatally shoots would-be robber |

Well it is two men and one woman who thought a life of crime would pay. One miscreant is dead. (He was reported to be armed.) One miscreant is in hospital, having been shot. (No word on charges for her.) The last guy is in police custody and charged with first-degree robbery.

State police say 37-year-old Jamie Farthing, 42-year-old Charles Harris II and 36-year-old Linda Peters, all of Booneville, went to the home in an attempt to rob the unidentified homeowner.

No charges have been brought against the homeowner, because self-defense is a human-right.
