The “How Dare You Live Without Me” Attitude Never Works

It seems self-defense is legal in Ohio. (But then I thought it was.) Woman shot West Portsmouth man in apparent self-defense, Scioto County sheriff says.

The restraining order expired in September. He should have considered it to be permanent.

The woman caller told a Scioto County Sheriff’s 911 dispatcher Thursday afternoon that she shot a man who had been trying to break into her Blue Creek area home.

He had been convicted of “domestic threat” – a misdemeanor – in March. The restraining order was for July through September. She was wise to arm herself.

Self-defense is a human-right. Good Guys 1, Bad Guys 0.
