Someone I Never Heard of, and The Most Interesting Democratic Challenger Both Quit Race

OK, I’m not really following the Democratic race, but honestly, I had never heard of this guy. Michael Bennet drops out of presidential race.

Michael Bennet, the Colorado senator and former public school superintendent, is ending his campaign for the presidency, he said.

And the only guy who I thought had two brain cells to rub together, in the Democratic field, Andrew Yang, drops out. I disagreed with just about everything he said, and I thought it was petty the way CNN kept getting his name wrong, but he isn’t an idiot. Andrew Yang Ends His Presidential Campaign. “Make America Think Harder” was never going to be a winning strategy. But I loved the hats.

Mr. Yang, an entrepreneur with no previous political experience, mounted a long-shot campaign that promoted a universal basic income and persisted well beyond expectations.

So that’s my contribution to the whole “Democratic Primary fight” coverage for this evening. Don’t really care about the Dems fight. (“A pox on all their houses,” basically sums up my position.)

  1. Watch Nobody Speak on Netflix about Freedom of Speech. Billionaires like Peter Thiel controlling the free press. Vegas casino mogul bought small press, and support Republicans candidates like Trump.
