So how would you deal with an uninvited guest at 3:30 in the morning?

Officers from the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department were called to the 3000 block of Bavarian West Drive on a call of a person shot.

Upon arrival they found a 20-year-old man unresponsive and suffering from a gunshot wound inside an apartment, police said. Medics tried to revive him, but he was pronounced dead at the scene.

The resident of the apartment is cooperating with the cops, and has not been arrested.
