He thought it was a good idea to break into a home. Man shot, killed after allegedly forcing his way into Montco home.

Responding officers found a 55-year-old man with a gunshot wound inside the home, the DA said. He was pronounced dead at the scene, but his name has not yet been released.

And the neighbors were shocked alarmed to discover that they did in fact live in The Real World™ where crime can, and often does, happen.

WFMZ’s Holly Harrar spoke to neighbors who said they keep to themselves but that the incident is alarming, especially since the road is poorly lit at night time.
