David Whitford, 29, of Hebron, is in the Boone County Detention Center, charged with second-degree burglary and nursing head and facial injuries, the [Boone County] sheriff’s office said in a press release.
He was trying to break into a home when he was confronted by the armed homeowner. A bit later a physical fight took place, and this would-be bad-guy lost.
