Another Failure of the Victim-selection Process

Things did not go as they planned. Man charged with 9 felonies in West Bloomfield shooting.

Two guys follow a man to his home at one o’clock in the morning. As he gets out the car in his own driveway they confront him. One of the would-be bad-guys is armed. The homeowner is also armed. They trade gunfire.

Officers arrived and confirmed that the homeowner had been shot multiple times. He was treated at a hospital and released. A 37-year-old Warren man was found shot dead at the home.

Cops caught up the 2nd guy a short time later. He had a gun, and a gunshot wound to the stomach. He was taken the the hospital and then to the county jail. Among other things he was charged with “Felon in possession of a firearm,” and armed robbery, as well as other crimes.

Self-defense is a human-right.
