Texans Are Still Armed

Bad guys are still getting shot. HPD: Convenience store manager shoots ‘erratic’ man who claimed he had a gun.

Investigators said the man was trying to get behind the cash register and claimed he had a gun on him.

He told the manager to get out of the store and that’s when the manager walked to his car to get a gun.

When the manager returned he was allegedly confronted by the erratic man again.

Police said the manager shot the man when he lunged at him.
